We met last winter at game night Reagan was hosting that Adam showed up to uninvited. A mutual friend had dragged a reluctant Adam along, who warned that he could only stay for an hour, as he was busy and had a lot to get done. Several hours later, as the games had all been played, Adam’s tune had changed and he was in no hurry to leave.

Over the next couple of months, we both looked for more opportunities to end up at the same events, getting to know each other at young adult church gatherings, more game nights, and an occasional New Year’s Eve gathering or barn dance.

As we started dating and getting to know each other better, we found our faith and values lined up exactly, and enjoyed our time together more and more as we laughed together, worked together, and served together.

We’re so grateful for God’s perfect timing in bringing us together and are so excited to spend the rest of our lives together serving Him!
